Company Strategy & Operations: Work closely with our CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and operational roadmap
Scalability & Process Optimization: Build and optimize internal processes to support rapid growth, ensuring operational efficiency
Operational Stability: Ensure that internal processes run smoothly and work closely with sales and product
Financial Modeling: Manage budgets, financial planning, and KPIs to ensure business sustainability
Cross-Functional Leadership: Align and streamline operations across departments and develop OKRs
Legal and Compliance Oversight: Develop and ensure a legal and compliance framework
Revenue Growth: Support sales and product in delivering the best results by close cooperation between the teams
Internal Communication: Support internal communication strategies with HR and be a key leadership person within the team
Proven experience in operations, business strategy, and scaling start-ups—ideally as a COO, VP of Operations, or similar role
Strong track record in building processes, driving efficiency, and optimizing workflows
Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in budgeting, financial planning, and daily finance operations
Ability to oversee finance, legal, HR, and administrative functions while maintaining strategic alignment
Comfortable navigating the fast pace of early-stage companies, balancing sales momentum with product development
Prior experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B start-ups is highly preferred
Skilled in building, motivating, and scaling high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and drive company-wide initiatives
Plus: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, revenue forecasting, and business process optimization
Honest, fast, and open collaboration as well as strong communication skills
