In this role, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for eScouting operations within a B2B SaaS environment. You will manage projects independently, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure efficient, high-quality implementation.
As the interface between enterprise customers, procurement, and technical teams, you will be responsible for project planning, process coordination, and KPI tracking (e.g., timelines, escalations, customer satisfaction). You will combine technical expertise (industrial engineering/manufacturing) with project management and initial leadership experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and owning the eScouting operation, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Leading project management activities, including content and process coordination, internal alignment, planning and team management
Driving key success metrics such as result happiness, project timelines, and escalation rate to ensure high-quality delivery
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Initial experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Industrial engineering with a technical specialization or comparable degree (mechanical engineering, etc.)
Experience in a technical environment (production/hobby/technical training)
2-3 Years of experience in collaboration with enterprise customers
First management experience
Experience in Procurement Area
Good to very good technical understanding of components, manufacturing processes, and industrial services
Comprehensive communication skills and ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality
Proficient German & English communication skills
