YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting Discovery Calls: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if there is a potential fit for our products or services.
Delivering Product Demos: Showcase our offerings to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits that align with client requirements.
Managing Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the mid-to-bottom-of-funnel sales process, guiding prospects from initial contact to closing deals.
Negotiating Agreements: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Building and Nurturing Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and identifying upselling opportunities.
Providing Customer Support: Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and effective communication.
Networking and Partnership Development: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking events and industry conferences.
Analyzing Sales Data: Utilize sales data and analytics to gain insights into customer needs, market trends, and optimize the sales process.
Later: Contributing to Team Growth: As the company expands, take on additional responsibilities such as hiring and leadership roles.
Later: Collaborating with SDRs: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to leverage their top-of-funnel prospecting efforts.
The role of an Account Executive focuses on engaging with potential clients, managing the sales process, building relationships, and delivering customer support to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of work experience in start-up environment or similar (consulting/ finance)
Proven track record of successful project management and customer communication
Affinity for tech and data science topics
Native-level German and excellent English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
